Browsing data

The systems that run this website collect, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (for example IP address, browser type, time of the request). Booking data

Bookings are not handled on this website. The booking form on these pages is a widget provided by AvaiBook (bookonline.pro): when you search for availability or complete a booking you are taken to their platform, which acts as an independent controller for the data you enter there. Contact by email or phone

If you write or call us, we process the data you choose to give us (name, email address, phone number, content of your message) for the sole purpose of answering you and, where applicable, managing your stay.

4. How long we keep your data

  • Emails and messages: for the time needed to reply and, if a stay follows, for the duration of the legal obligations connected to it.
  • Accounting and tax records: 10 years, as required by Italian law.
  • Guest registration data required by the police authorities: for the period set by the applicable rules.
  • Cookie consent: 6 months, after which you will be asked again.

5. Who we share data with

Your data is not sold or transferred for marketing purposes. It may be accessed by:

  • our hosting provider, which stores the website;
  • AvaiBook, for bookings made through the booking engine;
  • Google, if you choose to load the map (see the Cookie Policy);
  • our accountant and, where required, the public authorities.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Loading the Google map may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union. Google adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The map is only loaded if you accept.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
